Sunridge Gold Intercepts 22 Metres of 13.14% Copper and 4.0 g/t Gold at Debarwa Project, Eritrea

Sunridge Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SGC) is pleased to report assay results from the first four of 35 diamond drill holes completed as part of a detailed definition drilling being conducted at the high-grade copper-gold-zinc Debarwa VMS (volcanogenic massive sulphide) deposit, Asmara Project, Eritrea. Assays for the remaining holes will be released as available.

Empire Makes Significant New Discovery-Drilling at Bursa Project Intersects 47.35m of 2.02% Copper, 0.96g/t Gold and 21.64g/t Silver including 8m of 9.1% Copper, 4.68g/t Gold and 95.3g/t Silver

Empire Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE:EPC) ("Empire") is pleased to announce drilling results for the first hole completed on the Demirtepe target at its Bursa project located in Turkey. Empire is earning a 65% interest in Bursa from Anatolia Minerals Development Limited. There are three identified porphyry target areas at Bursa of which Demirtepe is the second to be drill tested by Empire.

The scout drilling program of up to 1,000 meters in four holes at Demirtepe, which was first announced in November 2010, was designed to test copper-gold-molybdenum soil anomalies over an area of 1,500 by 500 meters.

Nautilus Granted Mining Lease

The Government of Papua New Guinea has today granted the world's first deep sea mining lease to Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX: NUS)(AIM: NUS) for the development of its Solwara 1 project in the Bismarck Sea.

The lease covers an area of approximately 59 km(2) surrounding Solwara 1, 50 km north of Rabaul, where Nautilus intends to mine high-grade copper and gold deposits on the seafloor, at depths of approximately 1600 metres.

The mining lease has been granted for an initial 20 year term and the PNG Government has retained an option to take up to a 30% stake in the Solwara 1 project as a joint venture partner. The option is exercisable within one month. If the option is exercised, the government will contribute funds to the project in proportion to its interest, including its share of the exploration and development costs incurred to date.

Cogitore Continues to Intersect High Grade Copper and Zinc Mineralization at the Scott Lake Project With an 8.4 Metre Intercept Grading 2.45% Copper and 4.22% Zinc

First Quantum Minerals Reports 2010 Production of 322,700 Tonnes of Copper and 191,400 Ounces of Gold

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum" or the "Company") (TSX: FM)(LSE: FQM) today reported production of 75,600 tonnes of copper and 48,600 ounces of gold for the fourth quarter and 322,700 tonnes of copper and 191,400 ounces of gold for the year ended December 31, 2010. Copper production was in line with the Company's guidance and reflects new monthly and quarterly records at the Kansanshi operation.
