Duluth Metals Announces 120 Feet of 2.22% Copper Equivalent South of the Twin Metals Project Eastern High Grade Zone

Duluth Metals Limited ("Duluth Metals") (TSX: DM) (TSX: DM.U) is pleased to announce assay results for another 16 holes drilled on the Twin Metals Project in northeastern Minnesota.  The drill results confirm the continuity of the Nokomis Resource with the Maturi Resource and highlight two higher grade holes in the vicinity of the Eastern Higher Grade Zone:

    Mex-247 returned 120.0 feet of 0.921% copper, 0.260% nickel, 3.1 g/t silver and 1.335 grams TPM (Cu Equivalent* of 2.22%), including a 15.0 foot section of 1.360% copper, 0.426% nickel, 4.7 g/t silver and 2.101 grams TPM (Cu Equivalent* of 3.45%), and including a 40.0 foot section of 1.160% copper, 0.319% nickel, 3.9 g/t silver and 1.714 grams TPM (Cu Equivalent* of 2.79%).

Cenit Intersects 4.8 m of 7.27% Copper, 144 g/t Silver at Batchawana Copper Project

Cenit Corporation (CNT: TSXV) completed the SB Zone Drill Program in October 2011 consisting of 6 drill holes.  The program was designed to test the SB Zone which is the southeast extension of the past-producing Coppercorp Mine. Assays are pending for the last two drill holes completed on the SB Zone.  The drill has now been moved to test a second target, the Kincaid Breccia, located 6 kilometres northeast of the Coppercorp Mine. The reconnaissance geological mapping and surface sampling program have now been completed.

The Batchawana Copper Project is located approximately 85 kilometres northwest of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.  Cenit and its joint venture partner First Minerals Exploration Ltd. retain approximately 60 square kilometres of contiguous claims covering a large part of the prospective Mamainse Point Formation and the western portion of the Batchawana Greenstone Belt.

Heatherdale and Niblack Agree to Terms for Friendly Acquisition

Heatherdale Resources Ltd. ("Heatherdale") (TSXV:HTR.V) and Niblack Mineral Development Inc. ("Niblack") (TSXV:NIB.V) jointly announce that Heatherdale intends to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Niblack.

On August 23, 2011, Heatherdale, Niblack and certain of their respective subsidiaries entered into a non-binding letter agreement pursuant to which they agreed to carry out due diligence reviews on each other with a view to concluding a transaction by which Heatherdale would acquire all Niblack common shares in exchange for Heatherdale common shares, and agreed to deal exclusively with each other with respect to the transaction until October 23, 2011.
