JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd. (Nasdaq:JASO), a leading manufacturer of high-performance solar power products, today announced that it has signed multiple supply agreements with several customers to provide over 500MW of mono-crystalline and multi-crystalline solar cells for 2011 delivery.

Under the terms of the agreements, JA Solar will supply these customers with solar cells beginning in January 2011 through December 2011. These supply agreements come with prepayments for committed solar cell delivery in 2011.

Geokinetics Inc. (NYSE Amex: GOK) today announced that Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) has awarded its Mexican subsidiary a seismic acquisition contract valued in excess of $110 million for work in Mexico. The project will be for a seamless Ocean Bottom Cable, Transition Zone and land seismic data acquisition survey that is scheduled to commence late in the fourth quarter 2010 and last through early 2012.

First Phase of In-Car Video Project Awarded

ICOP Digital, Inc. EPIX™ and Netflix, Inc. [Nasdaq: NFLX] today announced an agreement through which Netflix members can instantly watch an array of new releases and library titles from EPIX streamed over the Internet from Netflix. Movies from the multi-year deal will begin streaming from Netflix on September 1 and include movies from Paramount, Lionsgate and MGM.

EPIX has subscription pay TV rights to new releases and movies from the libraries of its partners and will make these movies available to Netflix 90 days after their premium pay TV and subscription on demand debuts. Historically, the rights to distribute these films are pre-sold to pay TV for as long as nine years after their theatrical release.

Gamesa Technology Corp., a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Gamesa Corporación Tecnológica, a global manufacturer of wind turbine generators with headquarters in Spain and operations in the U.S., Europe, China and India has selected Tower Tech, Inc., a subsidiary of Broadwind Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: BWEN), to supply structural wind towers for wind sites in the United States for installation in the second half of 2010.

Ceragon Networks (NASDAQ: CRNT) the provider of high-capacity, 4G/LTE-Ready wireless backhaul solutions, announced that Digitel Mobile Philippines will invest an additional $9 million in Ceragon's mobile backhaul network equipment in an ongoing expansion of Digitel's 2G/3G cellular services. Digitel, which operates under the brand name of Sun Cellular, is the fastest growing mobile telecommunications provider in the Republic of the Philippines, estimated to be the world's 12th most populous country with over 92 million citizens.

Geokinetics Inc. (NYSE Amex: GOK) today announced that since the beginning of April, 2010, it has been awarded approximately $80 million in several new projects in South America, Central and West Africa and the United States. The company is also announcing the launching of its new Geotiger Series II highly transportable 4 component (4C) ocean bottom cable (OBC) crew to the Canadian Arctic.

Enters Into Contract With PG&E to Deliver 2.8 MW

FuelCell Energy, Inc. The total value of these contracts is approximately $12.6 million, which will include engineering, procurement and construction services for the installation of the power plants.

Hauppauge Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAUP), the world's leading developer and manufacturer of TV tuner products for personal computers, announced today that their WinTV-HVR TV tuner boards for PCs can now stream live TV over the Internet to the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch and any Apple Macintosh computer which supports a Safari web browser.

Live TV for these Apple devices is provided by Hauppauge's "WinTV Extend", which will be a feature in Hauppauge's new WinTV v7.2 application. Magellan Aerospace Corporation announced today that it has reached agreement with Rolls-Royce Plc and Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG to manufacture mainline shafts and stub shafts for various Rolls-Royce engine programs. The work will be performed on these flight safety critical rotating parts at Magellan's Middleton Aerospace facility in Haverhill, MA. It is estimated that the gross program revenue will be approximately $US 425 million over the 15-year term of the agreement.

Response Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: RGDX), a company focused on the development and sale of molecular diagnostic tests for cancer, today announced it has signed a non-exclusive license agreement with GlaxoSmithKline (“GSK”). Under the terms of the agreement, GSK gains certain rights to Response Genetics’ proprietary PCR analysis technology and diagnostic expertise to assess BRAF gene mutations in human tumor samples. Payments will be made to Response Genetics upon achivement of agreed-to milestones. Further financial details were not disclosed.

The BRAF gene encodes B-Raf proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase (B-raf), a protein involved in cell signaling and cellular growth and differentiation. Specific genetic mutations have been correlated with the development of certain forms of cancer.
