TELUS to increase Canada's fastest wireless data network speeds
First carrier in North America to test and begin deployment to support speeds of up to 42 Mb/s using HSPA+ Dual Cell technology
TELUS today announced Canada's fastest* mobile network is about to get even faster. Using state-of-the-art HSPA+ Dual Cell technology, TELUS will increase its already ultra-fast 3G+ wireless data network access speeds to up to 42 Mb/s when commercial deployment is complete in Canadian cities and towns. TELUS is the only North American carrier to have successfully tested HSPA+ Dual Cell technology in its wireless labs and to announce deployment in its commercial network.

Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. Announces Sale of Canadian Spectrum for $80 Million
nukshuk to Purchase Spectrum from Craig Wireless
Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. ("Craig Wireless" or the "Company") (TSX: CWG) today announced that its operating subsidiaries in Canada have entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of the Company's Canadian spectrum assets to Inukshuk Wireless Partnership ("Inukshuk"), a partnership of affiliates of Rogers Communications and Bell Canada. Subject to completion of certain conditions, including obtaining all requisite regulatory approvals, Inukshuk will pay Craig Wireless $80 million for all of the Company's spectrum licenses in Manitoba and British Columbia.

Major Chinese 3G Operator Chooses RADCOM to Monitor Their 3G Data Network
RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) today announced that a major Chinese 3G mobile service provider has chosen RADCOM's Omni-Q Service Assurance solution to monitor their 3G network. This is the one of the first monitoring solutions introduced for 3G mobile data in China.

Windstream to Acquire Iowa Telecommunications Services, Inc.
Windstream Corporation (NYSE: WIN) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Iowa Telecommunications Services, Inc. (NYSE: IWA), based in Newton, Iowa, in a transaction valued at approximately $1.1 billion.
Iowa Telecom shareholders will receive 0.804 shares of Windstream stock and $7.90 in cash per each Iowa Telecom share under terms of the agreement approved by the boards of directors of both companies. Windstream expects to issue approximately 26.5 million shares of stock valued at approximately $269 million, based on the company’s closing stock price on Nov. 23, 2009, and pay approximately $261 million in cash as part of the transaction. Windstream also will repay estimated net debt of approximately $598 million. Windstream intends to finance the cash portion of the transaction and the repayment of Iowa Telecom’s outstanding indebtedness with the proceeds from a debt financing or additional bank borrowings.
