News Release: New Contracts

Omni-Lite is pleased to announce that it has received two new contracts in the aerospace and automotive divisions. 'These contracts are with new customers and we hope to establish Omni-Lite as a preferred vendor in a very short time,'stated Mr. Allen Maxin, Technical Sales Manager. 'This continues the upward trend in making the aerospace and automotive divisions the fastest growing segments in 2003.'
Omni-Lite is pleased to announce that it has received full marks for quality from a major customer. 'The high level of support provided by Omni-Lite's employees has resulted in a 100% quality satisfaction rating by a recent customer's performance rating report,'stated Mr. John Sidener, Quality Assurance Manager. 'Omni-Lite's investment in its metallurgical lab facilities has made it a World-Class company.' As of May 9, total sales in 2003 are $880,000 US. This is 19% higher than the same period in 2002. 'We are experiencing growth in our new business areas which reflects the diversification in our product line,'stated Mr. Paul Burkey, Chief Operating Officer.
