News Release: Goldeye Explorations (GGY.V) Tyrrell Twp. Hole H-03-06 Intersects 12.5m of 5.81 g/t Au Including 9.4m of 7.24 g/t Au at Lacarte North Zone

Goldeye is pleased to announce the results of drill holes (x)H-03-4 (part), (x)H-03-5, (x)H-03-6, (x)H-03-7, and (x)H-03-8. Hole H-03-06 intersected 12.5m of 5.81 g/t Au including 9.4m of 7.24 g/t Au; this was an undercut of hole H-03-05 that intersected 6.7m of 5.42 g/t Au. Holes H-03-05 and -06 indicate the mineralization is open to the west and to depth. H-03-07 intersected 17.1m of 3.1 g/t Au beneath a channel sample that assayed 5.79 g/t Au over 21m. All significant intersections will be re-assayed by the screened metallics assayed method. A 700 meter long Spectral IP anomaly coincident with the mineralization and extending to the west indicates further drilling is warranted. Two nearby Spectral IP anomalies may also be indicative of gold mineralization. The recently completed drill program on Goldeye's Tyrrell Township property, located 95 km south of Timmins consistsed of 13 holes totaling 1574 meters. The Lacarte north zone targeted by JVX Ltd.'s Spectral IP was tested with 10 holes. Two holes (at -45 degrees and -65 degrees at an azimuth of 25 degrees) were drilled from each set up on four sections (105+75E, 106+00E, 106+25E, 106+50E) with only one hole drilled at-45 degrees on sections 105+87.5E and 106+12.5E. The -45 degrees angle holes were 90 -130 meters deep and the -65 degrees holes were 110 to 140 meters deep.

Ten of the 12 holes intersected the targeted carbonatized zone with altered basalts and komatiites and an adjacent mineralized zone in highly altered brecciated felsic tuff/sediment.

The following is a summary of assays received.

Note: Holes H-03-1 to H-03-10 are on the LaCarte North zone. Holes H-03-11 to H-03-13 were drilled in the vicinity of drill hole HC-02 on section 10500E that intersected(8.3 g/t Au/4.3m and 2.5g/t Au/ 22.5m). Holes G-03-18 and G-03-19 were drilled 25 meters on either side of historical hole GE-05 on section 10850E 3.4 g/t Au/7.4m.

(a) Denoted measurement is in degrees

A 4,000 meter drill program is schedules to start in January 15, 2004 to test Spectral IP anomalies at the Lacarte North Zone, the Hydro Creek area, the Big Dome (1.5km along strike to the east of the Lacarte North Zone; 149 g/t Au over 1.4m) and in the vicinity of historical hole HC-23 (4.28g/t Au/11.9m).

A program of drillhole Spectral IP is also planned to locate extensions of the intersected mineralized zones to optimize deep drill holes. The samples are being sent to Activation Laboratories of Ancaster, Ontario for analysis.

A plan of the drill holes is available on the Goldeye website.
