News Release: CSI Wireless Reorganizes in Response to Growth New management structure will enable CSI to continue its strong record of progress

CALGARY, Alberta, Nov. 3, 2003 - (TSX:CSY): CSI Wireless Inc., a manufacturer of advanced wireless and GPS technologies, today announced a management reorganization in response to the dramatic growth the Company has enjoyed in recent years, including a 15-fold increase in revenues from $4.4 million in 1997 to more than $70 million forecasted in 2003. The new organizational structure positions CSI Wireless to successfully
manage both its current size and its anticipated growth, while improving
overall operational and financial performance.

corporation that is generating revenue from customers in more than 40
countries, and has become a leading or dominant player in several global
market niches," said Stephen Verhoeff, CSI Wireless' President, CEO and
founder. "Our dramatic growth requires us to move beyond the entrepreneurial
model, by recruiting new skills and adopting new organizational processes. The
changes that we are announcing today represent significant steps in addressing
these requirements."

Colin Maclellan has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief
Operating Officer. In this role, he has assumed responsibility for CSI
Wireless' GPS and Wireless Business Units, and the consolidated performance
and profitability of the Company. Mr. Maclellan joined CSI Wireless in March
2002 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Wireless Business
Unit. Under his leadership, the Unit has undergone a dramatic turnaround -
from substantial losses in 2002 to its first quarter of profitability in the
second quarter of 2003, at the same time achieving enormous increases in sales
revenues. Mr. Maclellan's strong operating and management skills, honed during
his 16 years at Nortel Networks, will now be applied to CSI Wireless' entire
organization and will provide the opportunity for achieving synergies across
all of the Company's product lines.

CSI Wireless is also very pleased to announce that effective November 1,
2003, Michael Cummiskey has joined the Company as Vice President of Business
Development, Fixed Wireless and Radio Products. In this role, Mr. Cummiskey
will be responsible for the leadership of all customer and marketing
activities related to CSI Wireless' fixed wireless and radio products,
including its very successful Motorola-branded fixed wireless telephone. Prior
to joining CSI Wireless, Mr. Cummiskey developed an impressive record in
leadership, business development and sales involving close relationships with
major wireless hardware manufacturers, carriers and distributors. At
PrairieComm, Inc., a major supplier of integrated wireless chipsets and
software, Mr. Cummiskey held the position of Business Development Manager and
led a number of design successes with high profile wireless manufacturers of
handsets, PDAs and data cards. Prior to that, Mr Cummiskey was Global Account
Manager for Mentor Graphics Corporation, responsible for managing the global
business and technical relationships with Intel Corporation.

As part of the management reorganization, Theresa Lea, Vice President and
General Manager of the Company's GPS Business Unit, will report directly to
Mr. Maclellan. In addition to providing overall leadership to the GPS Business
Unit, and being responsible for its performance and profitability, she has now
assumed a more active and detailed role in the Unit's sales and marketing
activities.

An additional element of the management reorganization is Cameron Olson's
previously announced appointment as CSI Wireless' Chief Financial Officer and
Vice President of Finance. Promoted from his former role as Vice-President of
Finance for the Company's Wireless Business Unit, Mr. Olson is now responsible
for CSI Wireless' overall financial management. This change completes the
consolidation of all finance and corporate functions under Mr. Olson, and the
elimination of Business Unit-specific finance operations. This consolidation,
put in place over the last several quarters, has resulted in general and
administrative cost savings of more than $300,000 per year.
