Kirkland Lake Gold Announces Record Gold Production of 41,482 Ounces for the First Quarter of Stub Year 2015

("Kirkland Lake Gold" or the "Company") (TSX:KGI), an operating and exploration gold mining company, is pleased to announce gold production of 41,482 ounces for the first quarter (May 1 to July 31, 2015, "SY15_Q1") of its Stub Year 2015 (May 1 to December 31, 2015 "SY15", see press release dated May 19, 2015, regarding the change in year-end). The Company also provides capital expenditure guidance for SY15.

Ascot Resources Intersects 582.00 g/t Gold Over 1.00 Meter at Premier

SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Aug 11, 2015) - Ascot Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AOT) - The Premier property covers more than one hundred square kilometres near the town of Stewart in northwest BC, and includes the old Premier Mine, a past producer of 2.1 MOz Au and 44.9 MOz Ag.

Highlights of Release:

  • Hole P15-823 intersected visible gold in a quartz breccia zone including a 1.00 meter interval which graded 582.00 g/t gold. Ascot has now had a number of visible gold hits in this area and has decided to increase its exploration budget by $500,000 and add a second drill to test the extent of this high grade portion of the main zone, now known as the obscene subzone.

Inca One Announces Export of an Additional 3,186 Ounces of Gold and 4,069 Ounces of Silver at Chala One Since June 3, 2015

VANCOUVER, BC--(August 11, 2015) - INCA ONE GOLD CORP. (TSX VENTURE: IO) ("Inca One" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that since its press release of June 9, 2015, it has produced an additional total of 3,186 ounces (99,096 grams) of gold and 4,069 ounces (126,560 grams) of silver from 4,199 tonnes of material in connection with operations undertaken from June 3, 2015 through July 31, 2015 at the Company's subsidiary, Chala One S.A.C. ("Chala One") in Peru.

Including the results announced today, the Company has processed a total of 11,247 tonnes of material, recovered and sold a total of 8,513 ounces of gold and 8,882 ounces of silver. This amounts to approximately 0.76 ounces of gold recovered per tonne of material processed.

Over the last few weeks the Company has begun expansion and is nearing completion of a new 100,000 tonne capacity tailings pond. At current production levels, the new tailings pond is expected to hold three additional years of production tailings.

First Majestic announces friendly acquisition of Silvercrest Mines

VANCOUVER , July 27, 2015 - First Majestic Silver Corp. ("First Majestic") and SilverCrest Mines Inc. ("SilverCrest") are pleased to announce that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement") pursuant to which First Majestic has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of SilverCrest for consideration of 0.2769 of a common share of First Majestic (the "Exchange Ratio") plus C$0.0001 in cash per SilverCrest common share. The offer implies a value of C$1.30 per SilverCrest share based on the closing price of First Majestic's common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") on July 24, 2015 . The offer represents a premium of approximately 37% to SilverCrest's 30-day volume-weighted average price ("VWAP") on the TSX for the period ending July 24, 2015 and a 35% premium to SilverCrest's previous closing price. The transaction will be implemented by way of a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") under the Business Corporations Act ( British Columbia ). In addition, shareholders of SilverCrest will receive shares in a newly formed company ("New SilverCrest") which will hold certain exploration assets currently held by SilverCrest and First Majestic.

Newmarket Gold Identifies High-Grade Gold Mineralization on the Newly Discovered Eagle Fault Within Lower Phoenix System at Fosterville

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--( Jul 27, 2015) - Newmarket Gold ("Newmarket" or the "Company")(NMI.TO) is pleased to announce exploration results from 81 drill holes, comprising 17,002.5 metres ("m") completed during the course of a US$2.3 million exploration and resource definition program on the Lower Phoenix and Phoenix systems at Fosterville Gold Mine ("Fosterville"). The westerly dipping Lower Phoenix system hosts a number of growth exploration targets including the Lower Phoenix Footwall (LPFW), Lower Phoenix extensions, East Dipping, Kestrel and the newly identified Eagle Fault. Fosterville continues to produce extremely high-grade gold results, often containing visible gold, both in drill core and underground mine faces. The latest results confirm the presence of exceptionally high-grade drill core and continuity of gold mineralization in the Lower Phoenix system, one area that is a major source of ore at Fosterville.
