Waymar Intersects 22.4 Meters Averaging 10.42 g/t Gold at Anza and Continues to Extend the Boundaries of the Deposit

Waymar Resources Ltd. ("Waymar" or the "Company") (WYM) is pleased to report significant results from five additional diamond drill holes on its Anza property, Antioquia Department in the Republic of Colombia. These holes are part of an overall drilling program designed to identify and expand the high grade gold mineralization along the Aragon Fault.

Silver Bull Files Updated NI43-101 Report on SEDAR, Increasing the Shallow Silver Zone Silver Resource by 39% at the Sierra Mojada Project, Coahuila, Mexico

Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (TSX:SVB)(NYSE MKT:SVBL)(NYSE Amex:SVBL) ("Silver Bull") is pleased to announce further to its news release dated May 22, 2012, it has filed its updated NI43-101 Technical Report titled "Technical Report on the Sierra Mojada Silver Project, Coahuila State, Mexico" ("the Technical Report") dated July 5, 2012 on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. The Technical Report completed by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK") contains an updated resource estimate which represents a 39% increase in the open pittable silver resource of the Shallow Silver Zone at a 15 g/t cut-off, previously reported by Silver Bull in the NI43-101 Technical Report released in November 2011. The updated resource also represents a 52% increase in the number of silver ounces of the Shallow Silver Zone that now report in the "measured and indicated" category.

Caribou Acquires B.C. Claim Packages Adjacent to Gold Reach Resources Ltd. and to Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd.

The contiguous claims adjoining Gold Reach cover 1,800 hectares and are situated on the northeast boundary of their 100%-owned Ootsa Property. Gold Reach recently announced the addition of a third drill rig to its drilling program currently underway at its West Seel Deposit, located in the Ootsa Property and also adjacent to the producing Huckleberry Copper Mine in British Columbia (see Gold Reach news release dated June 26, 2012).
