Nevada Exploration Inc. and McEwen Mining Inc. Establish New Gold Project South of Barrick's Cortez Mine

Nevada Exploration Inc. ("NGE") (NGE.V) is pleased to announce that McEwen Mining Inc. ("McEwen Mining") has elected to designate a new gold project in Grass Valley, Nevada, as a Designated Property according to the generative Exploration Agreement previously announced on February 27, 2012. The Grass Valley Project consists of approximately 59 square kilometres (23 sq mi) of unpatented mining claims and is located along the western side of Grass Valley in central Nevada, approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez Hills (Figure 1: to view, please click the following link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/nge924-F1.jpg), the world's largest primary gold producer in 2011.

 Balmoral Intersects 8.08 g/t Gold Over 7.95 Metres in Deepest Hole to Date at Martiniere West

- Increases Down Plunge Extent of Martiniere West Zone by 40%
- Footwall Structure Widens Significantly

Balmoral Resources Ltd. ("Balmoral" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BAR)(OTCQX:BALMF) today reported results from 5 drill holes which increase the depth extent of the Main portion of the high-grade Martiniere West Zone by more than 30% and the down-plunge extent of the Zone by 40%. Today's results demonstrate continuity of the West Zone for 400 metres down plunge and to a vertical depth of 328 metres, below which it remains open and untested. Drill hole MDW-12-62, the deepest hole to date on the Martiniere Property, returned an intercept of 8.08 g/t gold over 7.95 metres from the Main portion of the West Zone.

Sage Intersects 12.11 g/t Au Over 2.0 Metres and 6.38 g/t Au Over 4.2 Metres at Clavos Deposit

Sage Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SGX) has completed a 5 hole surface diamond drill program totalling 2100 metres on its Clavos Gold deposit in Timmins, Ontario. These highlighted assays are from holes drilled into and adjacent to the 960 zone, recently discovered by Sage and located 600 metres east of the existing Clavos deposit and were intended to:

  • Test for mineralisation within two new zones - the Contact and Sediment Zones
  • Test for down dip mineralisation on section 514975E between CL 11-28 at 1125 elevation and CL 11-26 at 950 elevation. This section has never been drilled and is situated 175 metres east of the center core of the 960 mineralisation
  • Test for down dip mineralisation on section 514850E in hole CL 11-21

Hole FB-012 (Azimuth: 026°; Dip -50°; Depth: 131.0 m) also contains a series of significant sub-intercepts including 3.9 m grading 8.96 g/t Au, 1.50 g/t Ag and 0.22% Cu (Table 1).

Argentex Discovers New Veins at Pinguino Project and Intersects 2 m @ 486.5 g/t Ag and 0.46 g/t Au

Argentex Mining Corporation ("Argentex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ATX)(OTCQB:AGXMF) is pleased to announce results from 18 holes (1,739 m) of the Phase VIII reverse-circulation ("RC") drill program conducted at its 100%-owned silver-gold and polymetallic Pingüino Project, located in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. These 18 RC holes intersected four new veins on the property: the CSV Vein Group and the Kalia, Pamela and Aurora veins (Figure 1). To date, 63 holes (5,946 m) of the 93-hole (8,410 m) RC drill program, completed in June 2012, have been announced.
