Clifton Star Drills 5.64 g/t Au Over 34.0 m, Including 8.36 g/t Au Over 11.7 m and 7.21 g/t Au Over 7.5 m, at the Duparquet Project

Clifton Star Resources Inc. ("CFO" or "Clifton") (TSX VENTURE:CFO)(C3T.F) is pleased to announce the assay results for an additional 7 drill holes from its 2013 Duparquet Project drill program. Clifton Star continues to obtain good assay results from its ongoing drill program on the Duparquet Project. 

The drill holes listed in this press release will not be included in the upcoming resource estimate update, as they were completed after the May 6^th cut-off date.

• Hole BD13-22 with 34.0 meters grading 5.64 g/t Au (North Zone), including 11.7 metres grading 8.36 g/t Au and 7.5 metres grading 7.21 g/t Au.

Continental Gold Drills 10.5 metres @ 108 g/t Gold in Yaragua and Hits with Step-out Drilling in the Yaragua and San Agustin Systems at its Buritica Project, Colombia

Continental Gold Limited (CNL.TO)(CGOOF) ("Continental" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results for 13 diamond drill-holes in the Yaraguá and San Agustin vein systems, as part of the Company's ongoing exploration program at the Buriticá Project in Antioquia, Colombia. Nine drills are currently on site as part of the Company's Phase IV diamond drill program for 2013.

• Drill-hole BUUY114 intersected:
  10.5 metres @ 108 g/t gold and 96 g/t silver, including 2.63 metres @ 29 g/t gold and 142 g/t silver and 2.15 metres @ 473.6 g/t gold and 186 g/t silver (elevation of 1,339 metres, PRE & VNB vein packages).

Nighthawk Reports 45.3% Increase in Contained Gold Ounces and 59% Increase in Average Grade in Updated Colomac Resource Estimate

2.1 Million Ounces Gold Inferred at an Average Grade of 1.67 g/t Gold

Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk") (TSX VENTURE:NHK) is pleased to report an updated Inferred Mineral Resource estimate, prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, ("NI 43-101"), of 39.815 million tonnes with an average grade of 1.67 grams per tonne gold for 2.101 million ounces gold using a cut-off grade of 0.6 g/t gold (see Table 1) at its 100%-owned Colomac gold property in the Northwest Territories.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• The average grade of the current resource increased by 59% and total contained ounces increased by 45.3% over the previous Inferred Mineral Resource estimate of 42.650 million tonnes with an average grade of 1.05 g/t gold for 1.446 million ounces gold using a cut-off grade of 0.6 g/t gold. Soltoro's Channel Sampling Returns 3 Metres of 14.16 GPT Gold and 308 GPT Silver Including 0.7 Metres of 27.7 GPT Gold and 641 GPT Silver at Tecolote Project

Soltoro Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SOL) has received positive gold and silver assay results from ongoing mapping and sampling at its 100% owned Tecolote Project in Jalisco, Mexico. The 3,052 hectare Tecolote Project is located less than 10 kilometres north of Soltoro's El Rayo primary silver project and 10 kilometres northeast of Grupo Mexico S.A.B. de C.V.'s El Barqueño property currently optioned to Cayden Resources Inc.

The Carmelita vein system has now been traced for over 100 metres at surface where recent sampling returned numerous high-grade gold and silver values including 27.70 g/t gold and 641 g/t silver over 0.7 metres. A recently completed ground magnetic survey over the Carmelita zone suggests the structure hosting the vein has a strike length of 550 metres. Further mapping and sampling are planned at Carmelita to establish the strike extent of the structure. Selected results from recent sampling are as follows:
