Bonterra Intersects 7.2 g/t Au over 4.0 Metres at Gladiator from the Ongoing Expansion Drilling Campaign

Val-d'Or, Quebec--(August 4, 2021) - Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSXV: BTR) (OTCQX: BONXF) (FSE: 9BR2) ("Bonterra" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results from the ongoing expansion drilling campaign at its Gladiator project. The focus of this campaign is on expanding the size and scope of the Gladiator gold deposit and supplementing the recently updated mineral resource estimate (the "2021 MRE", see press release dated June 23, 2021). The ongoing expansion drilling program at Gladiator has been a success thus far with several holes intersecting multiple mineralized intervals, which has effectively extended the targeted mineralized zones.

Assays from 18 expansion drill holes, including six holes outside the 2021 MRE, have been received since January 14, 2021. The assay results included in this press release are highlighted by:

South Zone: 7.2 g/t Au over 4.0 metres ("m"), including 57.0 g/t Au over 0.5 m and 16.1 g/t Au over 1.0 m in hole BA-21-23
Main Zone: 4.9 g/t Au over 2.6 m in hole BA-20-33
Footwall Zone: 3.6 g/t Au over 7.0 m, including 20.5 g/t Au over 1.2 m in hole BA-21-07
North Dipper: 26.4 g/t Au over 0.6 m in hole BA-21-13
North Dipper: 4.3 g/t Au over 9.4 m including 25.2 g/t Au over 1.0 m in hole BA-21-16

Osisko Drilling Returns 2181 g/t Au over 2.5 Metres in Lynx

TORONTO, Aug. 03, 2021  -- Osisko Mining Inc. (OSK:TSX. "Osisko" or the "Corporation") is pleased to provide new analytical results from the ongoing drill program at its 100% owned Windfall gold project located in the Abitibi greenstone belt, Urban Township, Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec.

Significant new analytical results presented below include 73 intercepts in 22 drill holes (6 from surface, 16 from underground) and 16 wedges. The infill intercepts are located inside defined February 2021 mineral resource estimate (“MRE”) blocks (see Osisko news release dated February 17,2021). The expansion intercepts are located outside the February 2021 MRE blocks and either expand resource wireframes or are in a defined zone or corridor but do not yet correlate to a specific wireframe.

Osisko Chief Executive Officer John Burzynski commented: “Windfall once again delivers outstanding results across the deposit. Six of our top results this week are greater than 200 g/t Au over 2.0 metres and three of these intervals have sub-intervals between two to six kilograms of gold per ton. These six holes are infill holes, once again confirming the high-grade nature of the deposit. Expansion drilling is also delivering; OSK-W-21-1949-W6 is 80 metres from the nearest resource block in the Lynx 4 corridor”.

First Mining Gold Announces Drilling Update and new Carey Discovery on its Pickle Crow Gold Project

Auteco Minerals Makes Discovery of Near Surface, High Grade Mineralization
Highlighting Open Pit Potential

VANCOUVER, BC, July 27, 2021 - First Mining Gold Corp. ("First Mining" or the "Company") (TSX: FF) (OTCQX: FFMGF) (FRANKFURT: FMG) is pleased to announce the commencement of a second phase, 50,000 m drill program at its Pickle Crow gold project in northwestern Ontario, Canada, to follow on from the strong results obtained in the initial 45,000 m program completed by First Mining's Joint Venture partner Auteco Minerals Ltd ("Auteco") in 2020 and 2021. Further drilling is being done on the new Carey discovery, which is the first in a series of shallow exploration targets being tested by Auteco that highlight the potential for open pit mining in addition to what was historically a narrow-vein underground operation at Pickle Crow. Follow up drilling is underway to determine the continuity of mineralization at Carey between historical drillholes to the north and south of the initial intersections.
