Wave Receives $5.7 Million in Software License and Maintenance Orders for a Global Automaker

Initial $1.9 Million in Orders Delivered in December 2009

Wave Systems Corp. (NASDAQ:WAVX ) today announced that it has received a series of significant license and maintenance orders for its EMBASSY® Remote Administration Server (ERAS) software for a U.S.-based automotive company for managing its worldwide employees' laptop computers equipped with hardware-based, self-encrypting drives for the protection of sensitive customer, financial, competitive and other confidential data.

The orders were received by Wave through an OEM partner in late December and total approximately $5.7 million. On average, the orders account for tens of thousands of new licenses per year for each of the next three years, along with maintenance orders for each of the next five years.

Digital Ally Achieves Record Revenue of Over $9.2 Million in Fourth Quarter of 2009

Digital Ally, Inc. This represents an increase of approximately 37% when compared with revenue of $6.7 million in the prior-year quarter and an increase of over 61% when compared with revenue of $5.7 million in the third quarter of 2009. The Company's previous quarterly revenue record of $8.9 million was posted in the three-month period ended June 30, 2008. For the year ended December 31, 2009, revenue approximated $26.3 million on a preliminary unaudited basis, versus revenue of approximately $32.6 million in the year ended December 31, 2008.

OSI Geospatial Signs $5.7M U.S. Army Contract

Garda World awarded US$100 million diplomatic security contract

Arotech Receives $10 Million David Order

Arotech Backlog Now at $42 Million

announced today that its Armor Division has received a new order valued at $10 million for its David Light Armored Vehicle. This order includes an option on the part of the purchaser for a similar number of additional vehicles, and was received three weeks after the Company announced a separate $2 million order for Davids. With these orders, Arotech's backlog stands at $42 million.

The David is a lightweight armored vehicle based on a Land Rover heavy duty Defender platform. The David has been selected by the Israel Defense Forces as its standard armored reconnaissance and patrol vehicle, and is operating hundreds of them already.
