Ericsson announces agreement to acquire Envivio

Ericsson (ERIC) today announced its agreement to acquire Envivio (ENVI), by means of a tender offer for a price of USD 4.10 per share in cash, or approximately USD 125 million in the aggregate. The acquisition will strengthen Ericsson as a global innovator in enabling customers to deploy new technologies and agile video processing to innovate new services that engage TV consumers every day.

Moreover, the Company produced income from continuing operations of $397,000 during the three months ended April 30, 2015 as compared to a loss from continuing operations of $420,000 for the same period in 2014."

Suisun City Operations Opens Fiscal 2016 by Signing $3.6 Million in New Contracts

SUISUN, CA--(Jul 1, 2015) - WPCS International Incorporated (NASDAQ: WPCS), which specializes in contracting services for communications infrastructure, today announced that it was awarded $3.6 million in new contracts during the first two months of fiscal year 2016.

These new projects include a significant $2.4 million technology cabling and technology room build-out for all network cabling at the new California Pacific Medical Center, St. Luke's Campus Hospital, located in the Mission District of San Francisco. The new hospital will be a 215,000 square foot acute health care facility providing 120 new patient beds.
