Ceragon to Provide Leading North American WiMAX Operator With High-Capacity Wireless IP Backhaul Solutions

Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: CRNT), a leading provider of high-capacity wireless backhaul solutions, today announced that it has received a significant equipment order from a leading WiMAX operator in North America. Ceragon's FibeAir(R) point-to-point microwave solutions will support the operator's ongoing network expansion and will be deployed initially in two major US cities. The current order is valued at several millions of dollars.

Ceragon's FibeAir IP-10 features enhanced Ethernet networking capabilities. The solution helps to simplify network design and maintenance, and improves over-all network availability and reliability in order to support advanced broadband and multimedia services.

WebTech Wireless Inc. Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Grey Island Systems International Inc.

WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX: WEW) ("WebTech Wireless") and Grey Island Systems International Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GIS.V) ("Grey Island") are pleased to announce that they have entered into a definitive agreement providing for the acquisition by WebTech Wireless of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Grey Island (the "Transaction").

Under the Transaction, each Grey Island common share will be exchanged for 0.30 of a WebTech Wireless common share. The exchange ratio of 0.30 is based on an imputed price for WebTech Wireless shares of $1.40, approximating the twenty day volume-weighted average trading price ("VWAP") of WebTech Wireless' common shares, and an imputed price for Grey Island of $0.42 per common share, representing a premium of 50.0% to Grey Island's closing price on August 6, 2009 and a premium of 56.7% to Grey Island's twenty day VWAP. The Transaction values Grey Island at approximately $38 million.

WebTech Wireless Announces 700 Unit Sale to Canadian Service Fleet of Fortune 500 Technology Company

WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX: WEW), a leading provider of location-based and fleet telematics services, announces that following a rigorous three-month trial, during which it proved out a return on investment of less than 9 months, its WT5000 Locator(TM) and OBDII Gateway in-vehicle devices have been selected by the Canadian subsidiary of a global technology company for its national service fleet. The company interviewed several potential providers, inviting a small number to make presentations, then selecting two to run an extensive pilot. WebTech Wireless was selected from the results of this pilot. Shipment of the devices occurred in June, with deployment scheduled to be completed in the coming weeks.

Research In Motion and Visto Corporation Sign Definitive Agreement to Settle Outstanding Litigation

Research In Motion Limited ("RIM") (NASDAQ: RIMM)(TSX: RIM) and Visto Corporation ("Visto") announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement to settle all outstanding worldwide patent litigation between the companies.

The key terms of the settlement involve RIM receiving a perpetual and fully-paid license on all Visto patents, a transfer of certain Visto intellectual property, a one-time payment by RIM of US $ 267.5 million and the parties executing full and final releases in respect of all outstanding worldwide litigation.

The settlement is expected to be completed during the week of July 20, 2009 and is subject to certain closing conditions.

Antenna Products Corp. Awarded FAA Contract

PHAZAR CORP (Nasdaq: ANTP) announced today that Antenna Products Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary, has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the production of Mark 20 log periodic dipole (LPD) antennas for replacement of existing Mark 20A LPD antennas. The antennas are used in the localizer portion of an Instrument Landing System (ILS). The localizer provides aircraft a reference to the centerline of a runway during an approach for landing.

The contract is for a base year with four option years with a potential value of $3,000,000. The equipment will be manufactured at Antenna Products Corporation’s plant in Mineral Wells, Texas.
