PhotoMedex Sells XTRAC® Business to MELA Sciences for $42.5 Million, Pays off All Outstanding Debt

Lumenis to be Acquired for Approximately $510 Million, $14.00 Per Share, in Cash

YOKNEAM, Israel, June 18, 2015  -- Lumenis Ltd.
