(OTC.BB:XDSL), today announced that it has been invited to speak at an anti-tampering technical workshop sponsored by the US Department of Defense and scheduled to be held July 20-22, 2010 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. At the workshop, mPhase will describe the advantages of Smart NanoBattery technology for defense-based applications.

The purpose of the anti-tampering workshop is to bring together the technical community of DoD organizations, small business and defense contractors, to discuss potential technologies that may be suited for improving the reliability of hardware and software systems and preventing them from being compromised by unintended external events, security threats or technical breaches. A goal of the workshop is to facilitate the exchange of ideas and potential collaboration efforts for companies that have been awarded Phase II government funding, to help transition the technology past the Phase II prototyping stage.

Record Contracts Signed for Zanett in Q2; $20.6 Million Among 50 Customers; Year-to-Date $37.7 Million Contracts Signed

Zanett, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZANE) announced today that Q-2 2010 was a record quarter for the firm with respect to the rate of contracts closed in a quarterly period. Between the period of April 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010, over $20.6 million in new business has been closed. This amount is comprised of 50 different customers, with the largest customer being responsible for a $7.5 million mandate previously announced. Year-to-Date, over $37.7 million of new business has been signed. The bulk of this revenue is expected to be realized within the next 12 months.

TEOCO to Acquire TTI Telecom in an All-Cash Transaction

TEOCO Corporation ("TEOCO"), a market leader in providing cost, routing, and revenue management solutions to leading communications service providers worldwide, and TTI Team Telecom International Ltd. (NASDAQ: TTIL), a global supplier of Operations Support Systems (OSS) to communications service providers, announced today that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement, whereby TEOCO will acquire TTI Telecom in a transaction valued at approximately US$58.0 million, subject to adjustments.

Under the terms of the merger agreement, TTI Telecom preferred and ordinary shareholders will receive US$3.00 per share in cash at the closing, without interest and less applicable withholding tax. This purchase price per share may be increased or decreased at closing to the extent that TTI Telecom’s cash balance immediately prior to closing is above or below the respective agreed upon amounts, and will be decreased to the extent TTI Telecom’s transaction expenses are above an agreed upon amount, with a minimum share price of US$2.90.
