Caza Oil & Gas, Inc.: New Exploration and Growth Initiative

Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. (TSX:CAZ)(AIM:CAZA) announced today that, through its subsidiary Caza Petroleum Inc., it has entered into a definitive participation agreement (the "Agreement") with Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE Alternext US:END)(LSE:ENDV) ("Endeavour") to participate in a jointly established exploration and development program in the United States. The exploration and development program will primarily focus on Caza's existing onshore acreage position and portfolio of identified opportunities throughout Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico.

Endeavour and Caza are currently finalizing a proposed work program and related budget for the prospects and opportunities which the parties intend to pursue.

StatoilHydro Canada has made a discovery in the Flemish Pass Basin, offshore Newfoundland

Hydrocarbons were encountered while drilling the deepwater Mizzen prospect (EL 1049), located approximately 500 kilometres east-northeast of St John’s, Newfoundland.

Further analysis of the well results will be undertaken to determine the potential, and an application for a Significant Discovery License (SDL) will be filed over the coming months.

“The drilling operation, conducted at a water depth of 1,100 metres and during the heart of the North Atlantic winter storm season, was very challenging,” says Erik Abrahamsen, StatoilHydro Canada’s vice president of East Coast Operations.

Canacol Energy Ltd. Announces Update of Drilling Program at Its Capella Heavy Oil Discovery in Colombia

Canacol Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CNE) ("Canacol" or the "Corporation") is pleased to provide an update of its exploration and appraisal drilling program to date on its 300 square kilometer Ombu E&P contract in the Caguan Putumayo Basin in Colombia. On July 9, 2008, the Corporation entered into a farm-out agreement with Emerald Energy Plc. ("Emerald"), the operator of the contract, earning a 10% working interest, subject to the approval of the ANH, by paying 100% of the cost of the drilling and testing of the Capella 1 well.

To date, 5 wells have been drilled and 1 further well, Capella 6,is being drilled and completed, covering an area of approximately 30 square kilometres within the southern part of the Capella discovery.

Breaker Energy LTD. announces second Fireweed Horizontal well on production at over 1,000 boe per day

Breaker Energy Ltd. ("Breaker" or "Company") (TSX: wav) is pleased to provide initial flow test information from its second horizontal multi-frac well at its wholly-owned Doig/Montney gas resource property in Fireweed, British Columbia. The new well was drilled approximately two miles north of Breaker's highly successful first Fireweed multi-frac horizontal.

Successfully treated with eight fracs in mid-March, the well flowed to Breaker's compressor station since the morning of March 31, 2009. Field measurements recorded that the well flowed at an average rate totalling approximately 1,003 boe/d (which includes approximately 5.3 mmcf/d of natural gas and approximately 120 bbls/d of natural gas liquids) for the last 24 hours of the test ending the morning of April 3, 2009.

Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. Announces Formation of Marcellus Shale Pipeline Joint Venture with Williams

Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APL) (“APL” or “Atlas Pipeline”) announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a subsidiary of Williams (NYSE: WMB) ("Williams"), to form Laurel Mountain Midstream, LLC (the “joint venture”) in a transaction which assesses the initial enterprise value of the system in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and West Virginia at $250 million. The new joint venture intends to be the leading gathering system in the southwestern Pennsylvania portion of the Marcellus Shale.

Atlas Pipeline will receive approximately $90 million in cash, a preferred equity right to proceeds under a $25.5 million obligation (the “Obligation”) from Williams, and a 49% equity interest in the joint venture.
