Comprehensive Mining Investment Agreement Signed for Kouilou Potash Project

MagIndustries Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MAA) is pleased to report that the Company and its subsidiary, MagMinerals Potasses Congo S.A., have signed a comprehensive agreement with the government of Republic of Congo ("ROC"), referred to as the Potash Investment Agreement ("PIA") or within the ROC as the Convention d'Exploitation Miniere. The PIA addresses all aspects of the Company's planned Kouilou Potash Project in the Mengo area near the ROC port city of Pointe-Noire, including key fiscal and development terms.

The PIA will proceed through a process of incorporation into a Law, which will need the approval of the ROC Parliament following its submission by the ROC Government and publication in the Official Gazette of the ROC. Until these processes are concluded the content of the PIA is subject to confidentiality terms.

Potash One's First Resource Confirmation Well Intersects a Total of 39.6 Meters of Potash Mineralization With Average Grade of 18.3% K2O

Potash One Inc. (TSX: KCL) (the "Company" or "Potash One") is pleased to announce that the company's first resource confirmation well of the 100% owned 97,240 acre Potash One Legacy Project, 'South-1', has intersected a total of 39.6 meters of potash mineralization with an average grade of 18.3% K2O. The potash intersection consists of three distinct potash mineralization zones. Geological correlation of the potash zones to Prairie Evaporite geological members is currently ongoing. Raytec Metals Granted Potash Permits / Starts Seismic

Raytec Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RAY) announces the receipt of its remaining exploration permits issued from the government of Saskatchewan for the Company's KP455, KP466, KP467 and KP468 potash permits, located in central Saskatchewan.

The KP455, KP466, KP467, and KP468 potash exploration permits grant the Company the right to explore approximately 89,643 acres of prospective potash ground contiguous with the Company's KP441 potash permit. Collectively, the potash permits are known as the "Spar Property" and grant the Company the right to explore, a total of approximately 145,079 acres of contiguous prospective potash ground.

ZEOX Corporation Subsidiary Signs 10 Year Supply Contract; Nanostructured Minerals Corp. Signs Contract For Estimated Sales of $75,000,000 CDN

Mr. LuVerne E.W. Hogg, President and CEO of ZEOX Corporation (TSX VENTURE: ZOX)(FRANKFURT: ZED), is pleased to announce that the Company's subsidiary Nanostructured Minerals Corporation ("NMC") has signed a ten-year agreement to supply sodium sulphate to Canada's largest producer of potassium sulphate, with estimated gross sales value over 10 years at $75,000,000. ZEOX owns 49% of NMC, while the Company's partner and shareholder, Logician Minerals Limited of Hong Kong, owns 51% of NMC. ZEOX Corporation is the operating partner of NMC.

The agreement commences in January 2009 and runs for a period of ten years to January 2019, and includes an option to extend the contract for an additional 10 years to 2029. The customer has requested deliveries commencing in January 2009.

Raytec Acquires Position in Sulphur Fertilizer Company

Raytec Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RAY) announces that it has acquired 15 per-cent (15%) of the issued and outstanding Common Shares in Sulphur Solutions Inc. ("SSI"), a privately held company based in Calgary, Alberta. As reported in a press release on June 11th, 2008, Raytec negotiated the right to acquire 15% of SSI by making staged payments totaling $1.5-million upon SSI achieving specific technical milestones, which SSI has met. The agreement with SSI further provides Raytec with a right of first refusal to participate in future SSI financings.

SSI is an emerging fertilizer company developing state-of-the-art patented technology for the production of micronized sulphur from a variety of sulphur sources. The micronized sulphur is processed into a premium fertilizer product branded as Rapid Release. Rapid Release has been designed to be highly dispersible into an optimum particle size for effective time-release sulphate production throughout the season of application. Rapid Release is designed to address general soil sulphur deficiencies and improve nutrient plant availability.
