Karnalyte Resources Inc. Provides Clarification to Braich Press Release Issued on September 30, 2015

CALGARY, AB--(September 30, 2015) - Karnalyte Resources Inc. ("Karnalyte" or the "Company") (KRN.TO) wishes to clarify certain statements made in a press release (the "Braich Press Release") issued this morning on behalf of Erwin Singh Braich ("Braich") regarding a non-binding proposal (the "Proposal") that was received by the Board of Directors of Karnalyte (the "Board") on September 21, 2015. The Proposal indicates that Braich is interested in making a significant investment in the Company by entities controlled by him, which, if completed, would result in Braich acquiring control of the Company.

Excellent Drill Results From Dusolo's Santiago Target Reaffirm Lateral Continuity of High Grade Zone
