Canadian Zeolite Announces U.S. Supplier Agreement with KMI Zeolite Inc.

Vancouver, British Columbia - Canadian Zeolite Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: CNZ) (OTCQB: CNZCF) (FSE: ZEON) an international marketer and distributor of zeolite and zeolite products is pleased to announce it has signed a supplier agreement with KMI Zeolite (“KMI”) based in Nevada. This agreement enables the Company to purchase and market sized zeolite and zeolite products for its growing US customer base in agriculture, animal feed and various other industries which cannot be serviced logistically from its Bromley Creek deposit in British Columbia, Canada.
 
KMI Zeolite Inc. is privately owned and has been mining, milling and distributing zeolite in the US and into international markets for several decades. The KMI deposit is one of the largest and highest grade Clinoptilolite deposits in the US. KMI has an extensive product portfolio and continues to innovate and develop new products.

WeedMD’s commitment under the agreement is to wholesale product to Aurora for demand above and beyond WeedMD’s own patient requirements. Golden Leaf Announces Signing of Definitive Agreement for Strategic Acquisition in Canada

TORONTO, ON --(June 27, 2017) - Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd. ("GLH" or the "Company") (CSE: GLH)(CSE: GLH.CN)(CNSX: GLH)(OTCQB: GLDFF), a leading cannabis oil solutions company built around recognized brands, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement in connection with its previously announced acquisition (the "Acquisition") of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Medical Marihuana Group Corporation ("MMGC") and Medical Marihuana Group Consulting Ltd. ("MMCC"). MMGC has filed an application with Health Canada for a cultivation license. MMGC does not currently have any substantial operations and it will not be able to engage in the production of marijuana until it receives the cultivation license.
 
In connection with the Acquisition, (i) GLH will acquired all of the outstanding shares of MMGC for consideration of C$10,000,000, which will be satisfied through the issuance of 35,714,286 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of C$0.28 per share; and (ii) GLH will indirectly acquire all of the outstanding shares of MMCC for consideration of up to C$5,000,000 (the "Contingent Consideration"), which amount will be payable in the event that certain gross sales targets are met within 18 months of marketing efforts commencing in Canada of GLH branded products (the "Earn-in Period"). The Contingent Consideration is payable in Common Shares at a price of C$0.28 per share.

Matica Approves Final Plans to Include Increased Production Capacity

Toronto, Ontario/ June 22, 2017 - Matica Enterprises Inc. (MMJ-CSE) (39N - Frankfurt) (MQPXF - OTC PINK) ("Matica" or the "Company") is pleased to report that the management of Matica and RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc. ("RoyalMax") have met with the general contractor, the subcontractors, and other consultants at the Dorval facility. In late May, Health Canada announced improvements to the ACMPR applicati on process to permit licensed producers to manage production on the basis of their vault capacity. Matica and RoyalMax have doubled the designed vault size to accommodate a significant increase in our production capacity.
 
With the new improvements to the ACMPR application process, the stages of the process have been altered. The pre-license inspection stage has been removed and the license to produce is now issued upon confirmation of completion of the facility. Matica and RoyalMax have now completed the final preparations required for the completion of the Dorval facility.
