Magnum Issues NI 43-101 Compliant Uranium Resource on the Deep Gold Portion of its San Rafael Project, Utah

 Magnum Uranium Corp. ("Magnum") (TSX VENTURE:MM) is pleased to announce that it has completed, and filed with SEDAR, a National Instrument Policy 43-101 ("NI 43-101") Mineral Resource Technical Report for the "Deep Gold" deposit portion of its San Rafael Uranium Property, Emery County, Utah. The Deep Gold Mineral Resource Report estimates an indicated mineral resource of 1,536,900 pounds of U3O8 contained in 282,600 tons at an average grade of 0.272% eU3O8 and an additional inferred mineral resource of 78,200 pounds of U3O8 contained in 24,000 tons at an average grade of 0.163% eU3O8. Ownership percentages of the Deep Gold Resource are subject to the terms of the joint venture agreement outlined in the NI 43-101 document. The following table is a summary of the Indicated and Inferred resource using a 0.20 G x T cutoff (2.5 feet of 0.008% eU3O8).

Denison Mines Corp. Announces New Discoveries at Mutanga Project, Zambia

 

Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison" or the "Company")(TSX: DML)(AMEX: DNN) today announced the discovery of three new zones of mineralization at its Mutanga uranium project in Zambia. The new zones were discovered during the drilling of the first three targets of Denison's 2008 exploration program. The most significant hole (DMD77600-03) included 12.5 metres of 1,204 ppm eU3O8 at a depth of only 74 metres. The 2008 program includes an airborne radiometric survey and a 26,000 metre drill program.

Removal of the Uranium Mine Development Ban in Western Australia

 - Mega's 23.7 million pounds U3O8 Lake Maitland project is the most advanced in Western Australia - The project is on schedule to be in production at an initial rate of 1.65 million pounds U3O8 per year in 2011

Hathor Triggers Early Expiry of Warrants

Anticipates Proceeds of Approximately C$7.1 Million

Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX-V: HAT) (the "Company") announced today that it has triggered the accelerated expiry of 3,579,922 warrants, exerciseable at C$2.00 per share, to the close of business on October 15, 2008. If all of the warrants are exercised, the Company will receive proceeds of C$7,159,844 and will have 84,376,623 shares in issue. Funds raised by the early expiry of the warrants will be used for exploration and development of Hathor's uranium projects and for general working capital. Pele Mountain Initiates Permitting Process at Eco Ridge Mine

Pele Mountain Resources Inc.
