Fourth Quarter Overview:

• Total member count increased 9,000to 541,000 during Q4 2015 compared to an increase of 5,000 in Q4 2014. This is the highest member count in the Company's history.

StorageVault Announces a Further $5,500,000 Private Placement Bringing the Potential Total Funds to Be Raised to $22.6 Million

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2016) - STORAGEVAULT CANADA INC. ("StorageVault") (TSX VENTURE:SVI) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 8,333,333 common shares ("Common Shares") at a price of $0.66 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $5,500,000 (the "Offering"). There is no minimum aggregate Offering amount. Closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or around March 9, 2016. It is not anticipated that any new insiders will be created, nor that any change of control will occur, as a result of the Offering. Completion of the Offering is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Common Shares issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a four month and 1 day hold period from the date of issuance of the Common Shares.
